I'm Kristen, an IBCLC and certified Birth Doula (DONA), Childbirth Educator, and Public Health Professional with over a decade of experience providing holistic care to families in Temecula, Murrieta, Hemet, and Menifee during their pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood journeys.  

I believe in a heart-centered approach that empowers families to make informed choices aligned with their values—whether in childbirth, breastfeeding, or overall maternal wellness, including the essential breastfeeding support needed during the early days.  

As a dedicated Birth Doula, I offer emotional support, personalized birth planning, and advocacy, respecting each family's unique vision. My insurance-friendly care options through IEHP, Kaiser, Health Net, and Medi-Cal allow me to provide free doula services for qualifying clients.  

As an experienced lactation consultant, I assist families with latch, positioning, and breastfeeding challenges, utilizing evidence-based practices. My background in Public Health and education enables me to blend evidence-based care with intuition and compassion, ensuring parents feel confident and supported throughout their journey.
