I'm Kristen, an IBCLC, certified Birth Doula (DONA), Childbirth Educator, and Public Health Professional with over a decade of experience guiding families through pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood in Temecula, Murrieta, Hemet, and Menifee.
I believe in holistic, heart-centered care that empowers families to make informed choices aligned with their values—whether in childbirth, breastfeeding, or overall maternal wellness.
As a Birth Doula, I offer emotional support, personalized birth planning, and advocacy, honoring each family's unique vision. Through IEHP Medi-Cal and Molina, I am able to provide free doula care for qualifying clients.
As an IBCLC, I guide families through latch, positioning, and breastfeeding challenges with evidence-based care. With a background in Public Health and education, my approach blends evidence based practice, intuition, and compassion to help parents feel confident and supported.

Insurance & Billing Support
Every family deserves access to compassionate, expert care without the stress of navigating insurance alone.
For doula services, I am an approved provider with Medi-Cal, IEHP, Molina, and Tricare West. I personally handle claims submission on your behalf, ensuring you receive the support and coverage you deserve during this transformative time.
As a contracted provider for Aetna and Tricare West, I take care of the billing process directly, allowing you to focus on yourself and your baby without added financial worries.
If you have PPO coverage through another insurance provider, I collaborate with The Lactation Network to help you secure pre-authorization for lactation services, often with little to no out-of-pocket costs.
